Even since it switched to the subscription model under the Creative Cloud banner, Adobe’s applications can only be downloaded through the Creative Cloud desktop app only. The last time Adobe Apps were found on the Mac App Store was back in 2012, when Adobe used to actually sell its applications as standalone programs.

Creative professionals would be happy to hear that Adobe Lightroom has made its way into the Mac App Store.
